The first stage of this new community is now 98% sold.

After just 12 months of construction, Stage 1 of Highfields Drouin is officially complete.

Delivered ahead of the standard industry timeframe, Stage 1 h as also seen strong buyer interest, with 98% of lots now sold.

And it’s easy to see why. Set alongside the Two Towns Walking Trail and within walking distance of Highfields Neighbourhood Park, Stage 1 offers a peaceful setting with plenty to enjoy nearby. Stage 2 is now available, with practical completion expected in December 2026. Stage 3 will also be available soon, providing even more opportunities to become part of this growing community.
